                                            I have no interest in false idols but I would scream like a girl if I ever meet this awesome skilled master chef. I have no kidneys an been on dialysis for 10 years but I would love to go dish to dish against you Mr. Ramsey. I worked in food service for 15 years an enrolled in culinary school (La cordon bleu) after three months my only kidney shut down an had to drop out. I love cooking an making people happy with what I produce, cooking is ether a love or just a job.

                                                                                        We leave the fat on the carré of lamb in France. Even in his other recipes Gordon leaves the fat, which is delicious, check his rack of lamb recipe. I don't get why he reduced it to just the lean part.

                                                                                            Like how if you order a whole lobster, some restaurants will serve the roe(eggs) in a tiny cup on the side, the legs in a cup of butter, and some of the meat from the skull on the side. I'm pretty sure they implement it somehow. Or cut the price?
